These cookies are a favorite at our household.
My husband, son and I can easily devour these yummy treats in record time.
You probably have the needed ingredients in your kitchen
so why not bake up a batch for the weekend and enjoy.
- 1 (18.25 ounce) white cake mix
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 teaspoons lemon extract (if you aren't a fan of lemon then use almond extract - it's just as delicious)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
Bake for 6 - 9 minutes in preheated oven. The bottoms will be lightly brown and the insides will be nice and chewy.
I usually get about 3 dozen cookies.
