Spring Clothespins

The colors of Spring emerge
with the first sweet sounds of songbirds
to fill our Winter weary souls;
bringing hope, new beginnings, and inspiration.

Spring is coming to life on the outside so lets add some Spring charm to the inside
by making a few Spring clothespins that can be used on the fridge as magnets,
placed on a ribbon wrapped around a bouquet of flowers,
or laid in a crystal bowl and used as a display.

Grab some clothespins, lace, gems, pearls, flowers, and anything else you want
and begin creating :)

I used hot glue to attach my embellishments.

The pretty paper flowers are from Connie who had a sweet giveaway last month :)
Connie has a beautiful blog filled with amazing handmade cards - her talent is incredible!

Then I held some vintage postcards (given from a lovely friend)
from the clothespins.

Have a delightful day, my dear friends!

I've seen decorated clothes pins before but these beat them all! They are so adorable, I love them! And the look perfect with the vintage postcards. I have a bag of old fashioned one, I wonder if it would work with them being round? I don't see why I can't make them work.

Just visiting your blog makes me feel elegant. Who would have "thunk" an ordinary clothespin could be a thing of beauty.

I think that's what God does with ordinary people.

These are just lovely Stephanie. I love clothespins and use them in my classroom a lot. My little girls would love these! I love them too and need to make some for my craft room. I am really wanting a bicycle rim to hang on the wall and clip things on and these would work great! Have a blessed Friday...Vicky
