Mother's Day Cupcake Art

Well, technically it's not art with cake cupcakes,
but rather art with the cupcake liners :)

Here is a fun and ever so sweet idea for mom's and grandmother's. . .
flowers made out of cupcake liners with a photo of your little one(s) inside.

Grab some cupcake liners (I used three mini ones),

cut out some grass, stems, and leaves from paper

and add some decorations to your page :)
I used three strips of fabric tape at the top

and stamped out 'Happy Mother's Day'
and put a twine bow at the top.

Inside the liners I used a punched out paper flowers
and then placed the photo on it.

I also added rose lace trim to the bottom of the grass.

Card stock works the best since it's nice and thick.

Much love, my friends!

Very cute idea, Stephanie!

I love your taste in craft ideas. I just haven't felt like doing anything crafty in awhile. Still trying to get my strength up from being sick for so long. I've been out in the yard, watering and weeding. So much to do, so little time or energy! :)

I am taking my mom out for lunch on Saturday. She was all excited for the invite.

I hope you have a wonderful Mother's Day if I don't get back on before then.

Hugs to You,
Amy
