White Chocolate S'mores Bar

I found this recipe on a friend's Pinterest board.
The pictures looked divine so I just had to try out the recipe.
Rich, sweet, tasty and oh so good :)
The original recipe can be found here.

Ingredients Needed:
1 box yellow cake mix
(I didn't have yellow so I used white and it was just fine)
1 large egg
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter - softened
4 1/2 full graham crackers
10 ounce bag white chocolate chips
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line an 8 x 8 inch pan with tin foil and make sure foil goes up the edges;
generously spray cooking spray onto the foil.
Place cake mix, butter and egg into a large mixing bowl.
Mix with hands or a wooden spoon until dough forms, similar to a cookie dough.
Press half of the dough into the prepared pan.
Layer with graham crackers, white chocolate chips and marshmallows.
Top with remaining dough pressing evenly.
Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over top.

Bake for 28 - 33 minutes.
The top should be golden brown.
Cool completely.

Remove bars from pan with foil edges and cut into squares.
Serve at room temperature or chilled.

Enjoy :)
