Spring seems to be hiding her pretty face around our neck of the woods.
Yesterday we had quite the surprise...
a "lovely" snow storm that lasted ALL day.
It snowed and snowed and snowed :)
It really was pretty and my son had a wonderful time playing in it.
There were two Crocus flowers popping up out of my garden,
but now they are buried under a blanket of snow.
This is the backyard.
And this is the front yard.
My husband and I think we got around 12 inches of snow yesterday.
Rosie Girl enjoyed it too :)
Rosie Girl enjoyed it too :)
She loves to stick her head in a snowbank .... is that normal for a cat?!
I am very thankful for the moisture - the Lord knew we needed it!
Weather
Whether the weather be fine
Or whether the weather be not,
Whether the weather be cold
Or whether the weather be hot,
We'll weather the weather
Whatever the weather,
Whether we like it or not.
Have a wonderful week, dear friends!
Love and hugs!

The snow is pretty isn't it? Sorry to hear you were dumped on as well. I guess the dear Lord has other plans this spring for the both of us! I will be patient and wait which will allow me to enjoy spring even more when it does arrive. LOVE Rosie girl and how she loves the snow! Too cute. Have a wonderful day Stephanie.
What beautiful pictures, although not very spring-like! They really are stunning. What a cute cat you have too, ours do not venture out in the snow at all! Enjoy the snow whilst it lasts and I hope spring reaches you soon! :)
It does look so lovely. What an unusual cat you have!
OMG this is the most beautiful winter I've seen this year :))) Cheer up, if this was happening at the beginning of December or around Christmas time, you'd be walking on clouds :)
Your photos are beautiful! Spring has arrived her in the UK, I hope it comes to you soon too.
Yikes, that's a lot of snow! My word. The cat seems to be enjoying it very much. Sure makes for some pretty photos. :)
Oh my goodness, Stephanie! You do have a beautiful view though. Hopefully spring will arrive soon!! xo
The snow is beautiful - especailly to me here in 75 degree weather - but enough is enough for YOU!!
Hopefully - this will be the last snow fall until winter!!
Those pictures are beautiful Stephanie! I just love Rosie girl!!! She is too funny in that she likes the snow, rain and wet weather.
Your poem was very cute, especially if you read it fast. :)

Sorry you are still so cold and hoping you get some spring soon. At least you had an opportunity for beautiful pictures. You really captured some gorgeous views, Stephanie!
Your pictures are gorgeous. What sweet pictures of your kitty. I have been seeing all these beautiful snow pictures and it makes me want to visit some a place that snows.
Hope you are having a great week too.

Although I am tired of snow, your pictures are lovely! It always helps to have those blue skies!
The weather is all of sorts this year everywhere. Strange so much snow still around. Thank goodness in Texas, that does not happen often.
We will really appreciate spring when it gets here. It will get here, won't it? Beautiful pictures.
Oy my. All that snow. I don't think spring is any where near you yet. The photos are beautiful. The cat looks like it is having fun.
Beautiful pictures Stephanie - what a view you have from your backyard!
Thankfully the snow has gone here in the UK, but we now have very high winds. We have had a couple of days when we actually saw the sun, and it has teased a few more spring bulbs to surface!
Looks like Rosie girl likes the snow!!
Take care, God bless

I just had to come by and see Missy Rose before I started my day. She is so cute!
