Mourning The Loss Of A Precious Blogger

My dear friends,
I have some very sad news. . .

I have just been to Marilyn's blog
and was heart-broken to see she has passed away.
I have never met this precious woman in person,
but did have the privilege of knowing her through blogging.

She was a kind-hearted lady who would always comment on the hymns I shared
and would then tell me she was going to play that hymn in church the next Sunday.

She knew the Lord as her Savior so it is a sweet joy knowing she is now sitting with Him.
She will be dearly missed by many!

If you have time, friends, please stop by her blog
and leave a note of encouragement for the family.

I didn't know about her blog but I sure wish I had found it before because now that I have through your post, what an incredible, godly, precious lady she was! This is so sad. May the Lord bless her and her family.

My sympathy and love to you also, Stephanie, in losing someone who I'm sure was a blessing of a friend.

My thoughts are prayers are with her family and friends.

I pray their ashes would be replaced with His beauty and the oil of gladness in place of their mourning.

It's so hard and sad losing someone that has impacted one in certain ways.

I hold all my blog friends dear even though I've not been privileged to meet most of them. I pray for God's protection over us all.

I never had the chance to meet this lovely lady in the blogging community, she would have been a pleasure to have known. You were blessed to have known her.
Thank you for sharing this, and now to be able to encourage her family in prayer and condolences.
Much love!

Thank you so much for your kind words about Marilyn. My name is Sarah and I am the "Other Sarah" in her life. She was like a mother to me and Sarah is like a sister to me. It meant a lot to see your tribute to her. She loved blogging and I was so proud of her for doing it. She even got me into blogging. There were times that she was the only one who even commented.
Thank you again.
