Hello blogging friends!
My little man and I made some adorable, fuzzy rock animals the other day.
Well. . .they are lacking the cute fuzziness factor,
but take just one look into their eyes and you'll forget they are "hairless."
How can you not smile at their sweet faces?
They are easy peasy to make, not to mention cheap,
and any little one will enjoy playing with them.
All you and your cutie(s) will need are:
rocks
felt
hot glue gun and glue
paint
paintbrush
fuzzy sticks
fuzzy poms
twigs for antlers (if you make a deer or elk)
toothpick (for the bee's stinger)
Use paint for the eyes and maybe even a smile :)
Buttons can be used for noses, felt as well,
or you can apply a dot of hot glue, let it dry, then paint it black.
The inspiration for these rock animals came from Mr. Mouse.
My grandpa gave my son this mouse and we decided he needed some friends
so we created a family of rock animals :)
Have fun, my friends, and be creative with the things right in your very own yard.
Hugs and blessings to you!
