Let none hear you idly saying,
"There is nothing I can do,"
While the souls of men are dying,
And the Master calls for you,
Take the task He gives you gladly.
Let His work your pleasure be;
Answer quickly when He calleth,
"Here am I, send me, send me!"

Revive Us Again
William Paton Mackay
We praise Thee, O God, for the Son of Thy love,
for Jesus who died and is now gone above.
We praise Thee, O God, for Thy Spirit of light,
who has shown us our Savior and scattered our night.
All glory and praise for the Lamb that was slain,
who has borne all our sins and has cleansed ev'ry stain.
Revive us again--fill each heart with Thy love;
may each soul be rekindled with fire from above.
Chorus
Hallelujah, Thine the glory!
Hallelujah, amen!
Hallelujah, Thine the glory!
Revive us again.
"Lord, let it begin in me."
Have a blessed Lord's Day!

beautiful post...love it
Wonderful verses to ponder on today.
God bless, Kathy in Illiois
Good Sunday morning, my dear friend! Such lovely thoughts for the day. : )
Oh Stephanie... This was, I believe my favorite post of your Sunday posts! Both verses that you used today are two of my all time heart moving verses. They say so much in them, and give us much to ponder on.
I remember years ago reading that verse out of Isaiah, and falling on my knees before the Lord, asking Him to "send me" and use me how ever He so desired. I just want to be an instrument in His hands, bringing Him all the glory.
That unknown poem you shared is terrific when it says "Here am I, send me, send me!" I love how it repeats the send me, send me. WOW!
Thank you for this great encouragement to continue on for our precious Savior.
Much love my dear.

2 Chronicles 7:14, how I wish this healing could extend to all the nations where fierceness and lack of love for one's fellowing beings is felt.
"Lord, let it begin in me"... what a wonderful prayer! Blessings to you, Stephanie.
Hi Stephanie and thank you for sharing another familiar hymn. God bless you and your family this Sunday and in the week ahead. Mildred

This is yet another blessing I received today. Thank you Stephanie.
Hi Stephanie! I hope that we will all rise up and say "send me" when the Lord asks. Then we will be doing his will, the best thing we can do!
Hope you had a wonderful weekend my friend,

What a sweet delight to my soul to read this tonight. Oh how these words get into my heart and make God's love even more exemplified than it already is... just to read these beautiful lyrical verses. Beautiful, and a blessed reminder to always seek the Lord.

Oh, Stephanie, Great are His works! This is my prayer for some last few weeks and see how God conforms it! We are prayerfully waiting. This is one of the reasons I don't even blog much! Really God needs people these days, to take out His message of love even to the far ends of this earth. May God send many. Amen!
Hi Stephanie :) I know you are busy as always and sending new inspirations I so appreciate you
