10th Tea Cup and Mug Exchange Reveal

Welcome, sweet friends,
to the 10th Tea Cup and Mug Exchange reveal.
Today is the day we get to oooh and aaah over tea cup and mug loveliness.
You will find this post is filled with photos from participants who don't have blogs
and at the end of the post there is a link-up for the women who do have blogs
so we can visit them and see more beauty.
I hope you enjoy your visit and please,
take your time in viewing all of this delightfulness. . .
simply relax and soak it in.

Before we begin I want to express my gratitude
to all of you ladies who participated in the 10th Exchange.
Your participation brings me great joy and delight.
All of you truly make this event more special and beautiful.
You are a unique and precious group of ladies
and it's an honor to be able to host this exchange for you.
Thank you for simply being YOU!

As you know this was the 10th Tea Cup and Mug Exchange.
This event started with just a handful of sweet ladies
and it has grown each time with the number of participants
totaling 212 this time.
Truly amazing!

There is also a handful of precious ladies
that have participated in all or close to all of the exchanges
and I wanted to simply thank them for their faithful participation.

Linda C. from Lady Linda
Margie from Tea in the Valley
Linda W. from My Sew What Blog
Belle from Australia {no blog}
Patti from the USA {no blog}
Betty from the USA {no blog}
Gabriele from the USA {no blog}
Christy from the USA {no blog}

During the exchange I host a giveaway for the participants
and this year I am giving away two Teavana gift cards
to two lovely winners.
To find out who won
you will have to scroll to the end of the post.
Also, I have some news at the end of this post
that you will want to read about.

Finally, one last thing I would like to make mention of. . .
Sadly, there are times women sign up
that don't keep their promise of sending a package.
My desire for this exchange is for everyone to be blessed
and by being able to do that the women who join the exchange
have the option of volunteering to send an extra package if needed.
I am truly amazed at how many ladies willingly put their name in as volunteers.
This year four volunteers were needed.
I chose to send an extra package, but I still needed three more ladies
so I sent an email to the volunteers asking if they would like to send an extra package.
Within 5 minutes I heard back from close to 40 women
saying they would love to volunteer.
My sweet friends, when I read their emails I cried. . .
what love, what kindness, what selflessness!
May I just say all of you dear ladies are amazing!
I would like to bring special attention to the three ladies
who had the joy of blessing someone with a tea cup package
because the original lady did not come through:
Lisa, Kris, and Bonnie.
Hana is one that would not have received a package
had there been no volunteers.
Hane wrote me the sweetest email after receiving her package from Lisa
and I just had to share it with you.
This is what she said:

Dear Stephanie,
I want to just thank you for all that you did
to ensure that I received a package and tell you that this tradition
is one of the sweetest, most memorable things I have participated in
for quite some time that encompasses so much that I love!
Tea...tea cups...mugs...friendship...letter writing...brown paper packages ♡
This is the first time I participated in this and it has filled me with so much happiness
and left me feeling incredibly blessed.
Thanks for spreading the love, Stephanie!
Hana Belle

Let the fun begin, my friends!
Brew yourself a cup of tea, coffee, cappuccino, or hot cocoa,
grab a sweet treat, and sit back and enjoy the photos.

She was an adventurer at heart;
but oh how she loved drinking this tea
from this mug in this chair.
Oh, how she loved to be home.

Okay, let's announce the two winners of the $25.00 Teavana gift cards.
Drum roll, please. . .

Deborah Brooks
{no blog}
Mary Anne Richardson

Congratulations, lovely ladies!
You will receive an email directly from Teavana
with the gift card attached to it.
Happy shopping!

Now for my news. . .
As you know I host this event twice a year-
once in the Spring and once in the Fall.
While I love this event and it has a special place in my heart
I am thinking I need to cut back and do the exchange only once a year.
Since the number of participants is increasing
I am finding the exchange to be a tad bit more work
and I must confess that twice a year is getting to be a bit much.
So at this time I will host the exchange as promised
this coming fall, likely sometime in September.
I will then host the next exchange in September 2018. . .
at least this is the plan.
If you would like to read more about this beloved event
please click here.

Again, many, many thanks to all of you ladies
for making the 10th Tea Cup and Mug Exchange extra lovely.

For those of you who have blogs
please link up your reveal post below.
You will notice the link-up is in word form only
and no picture will show up.

If you would like to sign up for an email notification
for the next Tea Cup and Mug Exchange
than simply click on the link below:
I will email you only once
when the time arrives for the next exchange.

I am always in awe at the creativity and thoughtfulness that all the lovely ladies share during this most wonderful of exchanges, my angel friend! Wasn't that the sweetest note from Hana Belle? We all are truly blessed by your graciousness, kindness, and thoughtfulness in organizing this sweet teacup/mug ministry of yours. God works through you in developing new friendships. Yes, I agree that once a year would be the best idea for the exchange. Thank you for all that you do, Stephanie. I truly appreciate and love you with all of my heart!

To have 4 people not follow through is really too bad, but to have 40 responses to help out - that is wonderful!
Overall, we have a beautiful group of ladies here, and just look at all the love that was sent out!
My package still has not arrived at its destination in Bangkok, but I did receive a lovely letter from my recipient just last night. I'm not sure how she guessed it was me, but she put my heart at ease, reassuring me that she is not worried about the parcel and that it will get there in its own good time. I cannot tell you how grateful I am that she contacted me and spilled out nothing but gratitude for having been included.
Another great exchange Stephanie, and I don't blame you one bit for wanting to cut back to once a year when there are now so many participants. Being less frequent will just make it extra special.
Hugs to you and every wonderful lady in this wonderful event!

You are such an amazing lady dear Stephanie, and we appreciate all the efforts you have gone to make this tea exchange such a fun and precious event for all of us! I cannot imagine the hours of work it must take you to put it together, and know that scaling it back to once a year will be better for you, and it will make it the event of the year to be a part of! Many hugs and thanks to you for your efforts! Congratulations to Deborah and Mary Anne! I have enjoyed looking at all the lovely goodies shared with ladies across the world, so amazing! Hugs and love to you dear friend, thank you many times over for all you have done!

Thank you for making this all possible. It's a delight beyond words.

Oh, Stephanie, I have wondered how on earth you have the time for 2 exchanges per year. My goodness, I certainly understand. This was sooooo much fun and I've met such delightful ladies through this exchange. Blessings abundant to you Stephanie, you are a rare jewel indeed!!!!

Cherished Stephanie,
with this exchange you've truly blessed these last months of mine, you brought such a joy into my life you cannot even imagine and I myself, participating for the first time, couldn't suppose !

Today here are on display so many goodies, but what is to see behind their beauty and the good taste of the ladies who sent and received them, is the value of Friendship, which is the real protagonist !

Stephanie, having hosted a few exchanges and managed home decor tours I fully know and appreciate the immense amount of work that goes into making such a lovely event a grand success. You are a delightful gem and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I also want to commend you for ensuring that everyone does receive a package. I had shied away from doing any exchanges for the past few years as I had had several sad experiences in the past. No one ever likes being left out and you are so thoughtful to make sure that doesn't happen.
This was such a delight! Thank you so very much.

Debbie said...

Wow what a wonderful exchange Stephanie....so many beautiful and precious tea cups and mugs sent and received. It is a real joy to be part of such a lovely exchange. Thank you so much for all your hard work...so looking forward to the next one. Much Love...Debbie x

I was beyond excited to take part for the very first time in this global tea party and had such fun choosing things to send to my swap partner Marina. How true it is that it's better to give than receive sometimes! But then my parcel from Sandra arrived all the way from France and it was excitement all over again. And, just to add a further rainbow to my world, this morning I received an email from the sweet Stephanie to say I had won one of Stephanie's Teavana gift cards!! Talk about feeling blessed!

You have done such an incredible job with these exchanges for the past few years Stephanie, and it's amazing to see how it has grown!! As thrilling as that must be for you, I can appreciate the amount of time you spend working on these emails, posts and organizing partners and posting all these photos AND to also send out parcels yourself. I was actually wondering if you would restrict the exchange to once a year sometime soon. Although it's been fun participating twice in the year, once a year will still be hugely anticipated by everyone who has been touched by your generosity and kindness. Have a wonderful day, and don't forget to sit back and enjoy your own cup of tea in a pretty teacup yourself.
Take care,

Dear Stephanie,
What a lovely exchange (as always). I have only made it through your posted photos, and still need to go to the links. I LOVED seeing all of the Jesus-themed items throughout so many of the swap goodies. It was also fun to see many of the books I own :)
Today I am drinking Flavors of France from a local tea room as I browse these delights while the Littles nap. Hugs to you and all of the participants! ~Heather

Oh, so many beautiful things!!! My, it has been such a joy to see them all today!! God is so good, and He uses YOU, sweet friend, in such a precious way to bring us all together. Oh, I can surely understand that you need to scale back to once a year! I can only imagine how much time and effort and energy it takes to do this. As Linda said above, it will just make it all the more special to us. Sending you much love and a BIG hug for all you do, dear Stephanie! I love and appreciate you dearly!

What an absolutely lovely event as is evident in the pictures of all the special gifts. It looks like everyone that participated was very blessed. What a huge effort on your part and I understand how you need to do it only once a year now. It will make it more exciting to look forward to!

We can't thank you enough for all that you do to ensure that the exchange is a happy experience for the participants. Given the tremendous work involved in hosting these exchanges, it's totally understandable that the swaps will become an annual tradition. Thank you also for the shout-out! It's been a privilege to participate in your swaps and I look forward to future exchanges.

Hey Stephanie,
My birthday is today and Thank you for the birthday wishes. THANK YOU SO MUCH for all the work you do and have done for these awesome swaps.
No problem to having only one swap a year! Bless you for doing this.
Congrat's to the tea winners!

Thank you Stephanie for all the hard work you do in organizing this year after year. I can't imagine all you must do in order to keep it all straight; my goodness what a task! Please know you are a blessing to so many people and we are very grateful for all you do!

I love them all!!! So many lovely ladies jumped in and played along. I am excited and I had no part in it. I wished I had found your sooner so I could be a part of it. Maybe next yr. I love that they all added so many great things and not just a cup. Thank you for sharing this, makes me smile.

Wow, this is incredible, Stephanie! All the cups, mugs, and gifts look beautiful. It's wonderful many ladies step in when some can't send packages. Success of the exchange is truly supported by kind hearts of participants. And you are such an amazing host! I understand you need to cut back. It must be a lot of work to organize everything and I want you to feel it's "fun" and not "burden." Hugs! xo

Wow! That was a force to be reckoned with. Do you mean that you will do your exchange this fall as promised and the next one will be the following September 2018? Sounds as if that is more reasonable. These are so popular. I see the shares all over and it really is a blessing. You are doing a wonderful job of knitting tea lovers in Blogdom together.

Well, the visiting is done and I'm back with a final comment to say thank you Stephanie. Such a lovely group of ladies, all a blessing to visit and get to know.
I think having only an autumn exchange will be just fine, it will still be a lot of work for you but at least only once a year now.
My favourite reveal post was Lea from Cici's Corner who our dear friend Kitty sent a parcel to. It was like a Vanna White showing of all her things and with a big smile of happiness. Not too often do we see the person when featuring the reveal and I thought this was a nice touch.

Good Evening! What a party!!
I have finished my visiting and what a joy it was.
Being out of commission for two days I felt as if I was late to the party, but late or not, it was worth taking the time to visit each lady and read their stories.
I stand is awe, as always, over the way these ladies take the time to do their home work and gift their recipients with treasures to their liking.
I stand on awe of YOU,I stand in awe of the love shared and I stand in awe of the gorgeous china that has been gifted around the globe. Amazing!!
I took a second trip through the photos of those with out blogs and zoomed in on the photos looking at all the beauty, and there was certainly beauty to behold.
Now that I see who is who I would like to say congratulations to Deborah and Mary Anne for their beautiful win.
Stephanie, you and God have an amazing ministry going through this exchange and I'm thankful I can be apart of it.
Thank you, once again!

Love you dearly, Mom

Oh my, so much love and kindness and generosity being sent here, there, and everywhere! In a world often filled with unsettling news, how lovely to have this quiet exchange of tea and friendship! I was sorry to miss out on this exchange, but I am vicariously enjoying all the goodies sent between friends, new and old. And I am so glad to hear you will be just doing the one a year -- a little easier for you. Although "easy" is probably not the word!! Much love to you for all your hard work and for bringing such joy to so many! xo Deborah
