Two Lovely Giveaways!

A very happy hello to you, lovely friends!
I hope you are well on this beautiful Wednesday.
I want to thank each and every one of you
for blessing me with your kind comments and private emails
while I was under the weather.
Oh, you ladies are just the sweetest!
How could I not feel better after reading such heartfelt words.
Thank you for thinking of me
and please know that I seem to be on the mend.
The kittens and I did a lot of snuggling and sleeping
which, in my opinion, is wonderful medicine!

Now onto the giveaways. . .
Joy, a kind and gracious lady, contacted me sometime ago
and shared with me that she found my blog through a Facebook page
that had shared my tea cup coasters tutorial.
She wrote the sweetest note and in that note she offered to give away two items
from her Etsy shop on my blog - what a doll!
I knew you, my dear readers and friends, would enjoy the two items
so of course I took her up on her offer {{smiles}}

One blessed winner will receive a gorgeous 11 x 14 hymn print.
The hymn is "His Eye Is On The Sparrow."

And the second blessed winner will receive
a set of 4 tea time note cards.

To enter the hymn print giveaway:

with your favorite hymn.

* * * * * * * *

To enter the set of 4 note cards giveaway:

with your favorite kind of tea
or share a fond tea party memory.

To earn extra entries for the giveaways
please visit both of Joy's Etsy shops and favorite them.

You can earn a third entry by "Liking" Joy's Facebook page:

So, my sweet friends, if you leave a comment,
 favorite Joy's shops,
and like her Facebook page than you will have your name entered 4 times
which of course gives you a higher chance of winning.

If you do any of the options for the extra entries
please let me know in your comment.

This giveaway is open to US residents only.

The two lovely winners will be announced next Wednesday, May 17th.

I would encourage you to visit Joy's shops
as she has some beautiful hymn and Scripture prints
and her note cards are one-of-a-kind.

Thank you for visiting, dear friends!
And again, thank you for the prayers and encouragement
while being under the weather.

Much love and sweet hugs to you!

What a sweet giveaway! Thank you, Joy, for sharing your creations.
May I enter both giveaways? I have so many favorite hymns, but I really like "Deeper Deeper", and "I'd Rather Have Jesus".
My favorite kind of tea is iced tea. :)

Have a splendid day!

What a wonderful giveaway! My favorite hymn is "In The Garden". I visited Joy's shops and she has so many lovely things. Thank you Joy giving us the opportunity to win one of your lovely items. :)

What a nice giveaway! I checked out her shops and I love everything. I really like the note cards! They are beautiful! My favorite hymn is hard to pick. I like so many! I will say The Old Rugged Cross and Be Thou My Vision.

My Favorite kind of tea is usually a mint flavor. Again, I like others too! My favorite tea party memory is when our church went to a Tea House years ago around Mother's Day. It was a bus trip because it was fairly far away. I invited my mother along too. It was one of the last Mother's Day I had with her. Two years later she passed away. I had a picture of her with her hat on. She looked so nice in her hat. We had a wonderful time! I am glad to this day for this memory! I am also glad I took several pictures at the Tea!

Glad to hear you feel better!

Joy's photographs are lovely. I just visited her Etsy shops, and she has some very nice notecards and bookmarks. I would have to say that my favorite hymn is "In The Garden". . .and I don't know if that is because my Father loved it so much, but the words always have a way of touching my heart, and calming my mind and soul.

Mrs. White said...

What a great giveaway! I would love that hymn print. It is one of my favorite songs. God bless!

My favorite morning tea is English Breakfast Tea. A fond memory of teatime was when my daughter and I picked her 7 year old daughter up from school on her birthday and took her to a local tea room. It was a memory maker. She is now a mommy with an almost 3 year old daughter!

Unknown said...

I forgot to mention in my comment that I'd love to win the teatime notecards.

Karen said...

"O love that wilt not let me go" is one my very favorite hymns.

Karen said...

I favored both of Joy's shops and left a comment above. I don't have a Facebook account.

My favorite kind of tea is peppermint, and my fondest memory of a tea party is certainly when I turned fifteen and had a tea party to celebrate. We had a wonderful time! We played lots of games and had lots of good food. (:

Such a beautiful and thoughtful give-away, Stephanie and Joy!
I went and visited Joy's two beautiful Shoppe's, oh she has some lovely items for sure. I purchased some gorgeous greeting cards. :-) favorited her Shoppe's and would love for my name to be entered, thank you!
My favorite hymn is "Day by Day" followed by "Is Your all on the Alter"
Lately I have had the joy and pleasure of hosting some wonderful tea parties, but yesterday's Mother/Daughter Tea with my two daughters was quite special. I was blessed having the opportunity to honor them as mother's to my four handsome grandsons.
Sweet fellowship over a cup of tea...

Have a lovely day as you enjoy those precious kitties~

Cheryl said...

Oh, I am SO thankful you are feeling better, sweet friend. :) Kittens and sleep...sounds like a winning healing combination to me! How sweet! Okay, so I favorited both of the Etsy shops! What lovely things she sells!!! How exciting to be entered into the giveaway. May I enter both? If so, my favorite hymn is...oh, my, I have SO many! But, my all-time favorite, I do believe is "Come Thou Fount". And, my favorite kind of tea is peppermint flavored. We don't do tea parties in our family, per se, but some of my favorite tea memories are during the months before my precious Mom passed away. She and I drank lots of peppermint tea together that winter....oh, I think of those memories now and just can hardly bear the thought that we will never do that together again! It is so hard. Those memories are very precious to me, even more so now. Lately, the dear Lord has blessed me in that our dear son is starting to like to drink hot tea, so we have been drinking tea together. What a dear blessing that now we can share those precious moments together over tea! Thank you for the opportunity to win the giveaways!

well it is so hard to pick a favorite hymn as i love so many, but i will have to say What a Friend we have in Jesus, is one of my very favorites, without Jesus as my friend i really don't know where i would be....and for the tea cards, would have to be English Breakfast, and sitting at the table for breakfast at my favorite B&B in Cornwall England ....

such a delight to read your blog so encouraging...Sue

Lauren at Wonderfully Made said...

What a wonderful set of give aways - thank you! Glad you are feeling better and enjoyed "kitten" time :) My favorite hymn is The Love Of God. Such unbelievable words! I actually made a piece of artwork with the last verse on it: Could we with ink the ocean fill, And were the skies of parchment made, Were every stalk on earth a quill,And every man a scribe by trade;To write the love of God above would drain the ocean dry;
Nor could the scroll contain the whole,Though stretched from sky to sky.

Now the really cool part? That verse was according the writer of this hymn was found written on the wall of a patient's room in an insane asylum after the patient had died!

I do love the contemporary songs a lot but you just can't beat the theology in the old hymns!

Rose L said...

My favorite hymn is one learned as a child--The Old Rugged Cross. Not many have heard of it.

Kerin said...

Glad to know that you are feeling better, and better :)

Sweet and thoughtful giveaways... please exclude me however from the giveaways. I will give my chance to another :)

Have a great rest of your week.

I'm sure sleeping next to those sweet kittens helped in your recovery, dear Stephanie. I'm so glad that you're feeling better!
My fond memory was taking my three granddaughters to a princess tea several years ago. How I would love to take them again sometime.
That is so kind and generous of Joy to share this giveaway with us. Thank you for showcasing her talent! Love and hugs to you, sweet friend.

Mrs.T said...

So thankful you are feeling better, Stephanie!

I visited both of Joy's shops and they are filled with lovely things. Very inspiring!

I would like to enter for the note cards. I have many favorite tea memories, but one of the nicest is when I went to a tearoom for lunch with my daughter when she and her hubby lived in SC. It was April, but so lovely and warm that we ate outside on a brick patio. We saw the little elderly lady who worked in the kitchen come out and snip parsley from the herb garden to garnish our plates. Now that was fresh parsley! It was a delightful experience and a memory I will never forget.

Thank you for offering these prizes. My favorite hymn is so hard to narrow down, but I must choose He Giveth More Grace by Annie Flint. The chorus says, "His love has no limit, His grace has no measure, His power has no boundary known unto men; for out of His infinite riches in Jesus, He giveth, and giveth, and giveth again!"

The one on her art is a favorite of our song leader at church and we sing that often.

T am so happy you are feeling better. I'm sure the little kittens helped with your recovery. I love the note cards. I've been doing more letter writing, thanks to your exchanges, so I can always use note cards.
I had a tea party for the neighbors children. Little 5yr. old Susie, fell in love with my glitzy napkin rings. I had taken plain silver napkin rings and glued glitzy 1980's earring to them. She was so over the top in her love for all my tea things. They plan to have me over for tea soon. I can't wait.
Please enter me in the postcard giveaway.

The print "His Eye Is On The Sparrow" is lovely also. You know how much I love those precious birds. I'm not sure if you want us to enter for both giveaways, but my favorite hymn would have to be "Eat This Bread." I get tearful every time I hear it, as I love our Lord so much.
